Dana,
She was a wonderful, kind person. Her laugh was absolutely contagious. She cared so deeply about her family and loved ones. Dana spoke her mind, and was a beautiful person inside and out. When I think of Dana, I think of all the wonderful memories we had. We joked about her renovations in the bathroom because we both knew it was never going to be completed. But my absolute favorite memory was when we went to Vegas. I wanted to go to the car museum to look at cars, and Dana was ready to play her games. When I went to the museum, they had no cars, but the woman offered me a ride in her Corvette. Of course, I said let go!
I had my phone on silent, and Dana called me a few times. When I got back to the hotel.. well I have never been mothered like that in my life! She was swearing up and down and saying over and over " we don't get into cars with strangers!" I looked her dead in the eye and said "we do when it's a Corvette." We both paused and just started laughing. To this day we talk about that moment. I was very lucky to have recently talked to Dana. We were on the phone for almost 4 hours. We talked about everything and anything. She told me how much she loved her family, and showed me a photo of Faith's prom dress. She was so proud of her beautiful granddaughter, and proud of her wonderful family. We talked about the jewelry she was making for everyone, so they had a little piece of her forever. We talked about how much she loved her family, and that she was at peace with whatever was going to happen. At the end of our conversation, we said three of the most important words a person can say. I l
Love You.
I was more than blessed to have known Dana, and I hope with all my heart that she found her happiness. I hope that she can see her Mom, Dad, Dave, all her dogs, and everyone else that she lost before. That she and everyone are all together and she is living her best new life in Heaven.
I love you Dana
Forever and always

Dana worked for me for over 20 years at my retail store as my assistant manager. She was a hard worker and loyal employee. As time passed, we became close friends, so she would often share about her personal life. Her family was the most important facet of her life. She loved each and everyone of her family members immensely and would often regale me with anecdotal stories of their lives. I will miss her and will always be grateful for her presence in my life.

Our family sends its deepest condolences on Dana's passing. We have lots of fond memories of our many years living next door. I remember Dana for her dedication to her family, always planning the best way to ensure their financial future. And her sewing! As a fellow sewer (pure amateur by comparison), her skills were next level and a constant source of amazement for me. She was a good neighbour and friend, and a strong advocate for her boys. I admired and respected her in so many ways.
