My husband I, (Frederick and Beverly Barwise), Christopher's Mom and Dad, are here to share our happy memories of Christopher with you.
Waiting for our second child, our son finally and truly came into the world a healthy, bouncy, baby boy. It was an amazing and normal, and healthy great birthing. Family and friends all came around to enjoy the smiles and cuteness of Chris, all the laughs, all the tears. He was a strong mite and could climb any mountain he wanted his boots to go up. He was unstoppable, pulling himself up on his feet well before a year and took off. Like a little time later when I spotted him grab his friend's 2 wheeler bike and ride for the first time, steady and fast.
Rick and I worked back to back shifts so our children always had someone at home, like Dad, to cook the evening meal. We had all the fun Halloween Birthday Parties, some at Macdonald's, some at Chucky cheese. In the summer's we took the loud toy guns to the campground to keep the bears away from us with all that racket, or we did some dinosaur digging, had a big ride on a BC Ferry Boat, and other beachy stuff like Lamborghini sandcastles and swimming with fast boat rides.
One year we buckled to Chris's long time request for a pet, so we put a ferret under the Christmas tree. Well it was a baby, and as they do, it bit Chris right away. He went to bed, didn't want nothing to do with the ferret. Next morn, we came downstairs, and Chris's ferret, now named Baby, was our new family superstar. And we all fell in love with Baby. Lucky for me, Baby went into my Mom's purse and pulled out her lucky elephant charm, which ended up being my lucky charm. So now I have a mega memento of Chris, Mom and Baby.
Chris was a real lover of music. He had extensive knowledge of music and played many band instruments. Also at home he had a few guitars and a synthesizer to play with. He began to home DJ and spin a few tunes.
Life with Chris was always a new day, everyday, and a new way. It was amazing to see him delve into so many intellectual things, from computers to, well, more computers. And more and more tech stuff.
We learnt so many things from Chris, and we are still learning. We are so happy to have been his parents, to have loved him and see so much diversity of life from him. We will always be proud and will always miss him everyday. We also are here if anyone needs to have some assistance with this troubling time, we know we can help you. Also thankyou son, David, Nanny, Grandad, Uncle Dave, cousin Nichole, and Aunt Lisa and family and friends who reached out to us, to help us, and for being there for Chris.

Knowing you are gone makes the world feel so dark. Chris was so vibrant, he always made me laugh and was there for me when I cried. I am grateful to have made so many memories with him. You will be greatly missed Juicy! XOXO
