Walter and I were so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting your mom over 30 years ago and connecting numerous times over the years both in Alberta and Nova Scotia. She was a wonderful and kind person who as you noted, was always accepting of everyone. I shall treasure my time spent in the garden with her at Hillsdale House and whenever my white tiger lily blooms I shall remember her as she dug out the bulb for me. When we are blessed with a wonderful mother, the hurt is always there, but the memories help us to remember them and smile often. Love and hugs to you all.
