James and I learned about Jacob's passing today. Jacob was amazing in his ability to communicate and connect. He and James liked each other since they met as little boys, probably 4 years old. Both lit up when they saw each other. Precious Jacob will surely be missed by anyone who was lucky enough to know him. He was so loved.

Jacob was the absolutely sweetest boy, and he always brought a smile to our faces. Ollie and Jacob were each others constant all through school, and it simply will not be right to not see him there anymore. We even talked about how great it would be if one day the boys could live in a home together.
Millie also has fond memories of Jacob at SJAM, just dancing his heart out at the dances having the best time.
We will miss him dearly ❤️

My deepest condolences to the Carberry family on the sudden passing of Jacob. My memories of Jacob are observing him with his mom, Juanita, at camps Christmas parties, and many other activities. I was always impressed with the attentiveness of his mom and the interactions between him, his mom and other members of the Carberry family. Quietly observing, I could feel the love they have for each other. The smile that Jacob wore said: I am loved, cuddled and I am very special.
when I think of your loss, I am hoping that the love of friends will help, knowing we care, are praying for the family and want so much to comfort you.

Jacob was my crush and I think I was his. He gave the best hugs in the world. He made me smile ear to ear every time I saw him. Beautiful person inside and out. I will miss him

My condolences to the family. Francis and I first met Jacob when he attended SVS in the skills class. He was not shy, spunky and outgoing. Always had a smile on his face and always put one on ours. We are very blessed to have met Jacob and that Francis & Jacob were classmates for many years! We will truly miss you.

So many beautiful memories of Jacob. He brought joy with him every day he entered the classroom. He made me laugh all the time. Jacob loved freely and generously, he could never stay upset no matter how frustrating things were in class. Jacob had a delightful mishevious streak and was always accompanied by an adorable grin.
I learned the true meaning of 'never say never' from Jacob and his friends in SKILL class. They brought me the joy and love needed to be a teacher.

Hi
I was Jacobs bus driver this year
He was such a sweet little boy.I always give my kids on the bus a treat on different ocasions days on the bus.So his mom had asked me not to give him candy so I got him chips and his fav cheesie..He was so happy.I never had a problem with him on the bus.I still can’t believe it. Im gonna miss you my little buddy.
