To Leslie Bird's Family, Yesterday online I learned of Leslie's death. My condolences to you, his family members. I was a child who knew him on the playground on 9A St NE in Bridgeland, where mom and I lived with grandma, while my father was fighting in WW ll. It is now a shock to learn of Leslie's death. Rest in peace, Leslie.
