I first met Virginia in 2008 at Dessert Song and we have remained friend ever since, as well so many other people to continue friendships today. Other than the theatre, it was a friendship that blossomed... I was there helping her move from her townhouse into her new house in Huntington Hills and what an exciting time. One thing that I loved about Virginia was her welcoming ways and I could drop by her home and she always was up for a visit with her beautiful smile. Those were our best talks, best times along with Best Hugs.
And like so many others she will be truly missed, Love ya. See you again and we will have new memories.

I can’t believe it was just three weeks ago I took you for your birthday lunch. I will miss our coffee dates, walks in Confederation Park - and just good conversation with you. You were a wonderful friend, Virginia and I think of you and miss you every day.

I met Virginia volunteering with Pawsitive Match years ago. We hit it off immediately with our shared love of helping animals. My son Adam and I delivered puppies and kittens on a few occasions for her to be their (mom) as she helped them to grow and thrive and find a forever home. She would visit at the different events and our friendship continued. I was Aunty Lori to her furbabies. Always loved spending time in her home surrounded by her fur family that she loved .We talked about all kinds of things and I'm really missing that. She spent Christmas at our home last year. and it was nice to have her share some Christmas cheer even though she was missing her dad. Love and miss you Virginia. My heartfelt condolences to your family.

I met Virginia many years ago when we shared a role in “High School Reunion. We shared hopes and dreams, laughter and tears, ups and downs for both of us. We didn’t see each other often but it was always good when we did. I will miss her humour, her clarity, her smile and her love of animals which we shared. She was a bright light and incredible warmth during my darkest moments. I will always miss her strength and caring. My deepest condolences to her family and to everyone who loved her. Rest in peace beautiful spirit. I know that you are with your Mom and beloved Dad and all of your furry pets that you took such good care of.

I am so very sad to hear of Virginia’s passing. She was the foster mom for our dear little Mindy… a little Maltipoo we adopted about ten years ago. She was so kind and Mindy adored her. I didn’t get to know Virginia well, but we are forever in her debt for the work she did with Mindy. As soon as we met her, we knew she was a very special person. Our deepest condolences to her friends and family for your loss.
